Ansorge Artist's Affair

Sunday, June 1, from 9 - 4 in Curlew, Washington. The Arts Council’s 7th-annual ANSORGE ARTISTS’ AFFAIR will be held during Barrel Derby Days, on Sunday, June 1st, in historic Curlew, Washington. Planning is coming along nicely as local artists of 
various mediums register to showcase their wares. Weavers and beaders, potters and painters, fiber artists and fine wood-workers, writers of books, makers of jewelry and candy, jugglers, musicians, dancers, and drummers will all be there! Add to that “hands on” workshops in wire wrapping, juggling, paper making, and drumming, and the Ansorge Artists' Affair will be quite the event!
The Ansorge Artists Affair and Barrel Derby Days will make Curlew the place to be, with the morning’s Pancake Breakfast, river run, Model T offering free rides around Curlew, parade at 2:00, the outrageously delicious barbecue, the merchants in Curlew offering specials all day for the events and, of course, the lovely Ansorge Hotel open for tours. See you at the Ansorge Artists’ Affair at 9:00 a.m., June 1st! “You’re gonna love it”!!!
