No. This is a privately owned and operated Web site. Though we're supportive of local chambers of commerce and tourism bureaus, we are not directly affiliated with any agency.

2. Do you provide organizations with free promotional assistance?
Yes, we provide free promotional space and copy writing for community events and organizers. At our discretion, we also provide free Web space to local non-profit organizations that are actively promoting tourism, sports, recreation, and the arts in Ferry County.

We list established businesses that are either located in Ferry County or in nearby environs which provide substantial benefit to the citizens of or visitors to Ferry County, Washington. See our advertising options.

5. How much will it cost to list my business in your business directory?
Ferrycounty.com provides two business listing packages: Basic and Premium. For details and pricing information, please visit our advertising options page.
6. If my business information changes, can I ask for updates to my business directory listing?
Absolutely. We'll make one update per year to a Basic Listing and three updates per year to a Premium Listing, at no additional charge. Additional updates can be purchased for a small fee (please email us for pricing).
7. Can I include photographs in my ad?
Yes, when you purchase the Premium business listing you can include up to five photos in your ad. You must submit image types in the .jpg format. We'll help resize your images to widths no greater than 140 pixels wide and use them in your ad.
8. For my Premium Business Listing can you scan my photos for me?
Yes, for an additional fee we will scan your images for you and return the photograph originals to you via the U.S. Postal Service. We charge $20 for five (5) images. If you'd like us to do additional image enhancement, the price may vary depending on your needs and the work involved. We'll also advise you whether your images are good candidates for use on your Web page (some photos may not look as good at small sizes).
9. How will potential customers contact me?
Customers will contact you through the information (e.g., address, phone number, and e-mail) that you provide in your Basic and Premium listings.
10. What do I do if my business closes or I no longer wish to be listed on Ferrycounty.com?
If you wish to remove your business listing, please email us at editor@ferrycounty.com. Including your business name and we'll remove your ad for you a soon as we can.
11. Do you provide partial or full refunds if I cancel my listing or if your Web site has outages?
We make every attempt to keep our Web site functioning properly; however, we do not offer refunds or credits for outages or cancellations. Please see our Terms of Use for more information about our policies.
12. My product line changes often. Is there anyway for me to update my own business information?
We do our best to update your content as quickly as possible; however, to make certain that content on FerryCounty.com remains consistent with our site theme and is appropriate for visitors to our site, we make all site updates ourselves.
