Kaufman Cabin

15-2 N. Kean Street, Republic, Washington 99166

Take a step back in time and visit the Harry Kaufman cabin, the oldest surviving structure in Republic, Washington. The interior of the small, furnished cabin can be viewed through the front door (secured with mesh). Built in 1896, the cabin was moved a short distance to its current location.

After you visit the cabin, treat yourself to a self-tour of the adjacent Stonerose Interpretive Center’s fossil museum, and the Ferry County Historical Center’s fascinating collection of photographs chronicling the area’s history.
