Built between 1901 and 1903, this historic inn was originally named the Hotel Northern and provided welcome lodgings to travelers and miners arriving on the Great Northern railway and by stagecoach.  Restored and expanded, the hotel was renamed the Northern Inn, and continues to provide clean, attractive rooms to travelers visiting or passing through Republic, Washington and the surrounding environs.  The inn also serves as a beautiful example of the region’s Western Victorian-style architecture.

The inn is located on historic Clark Avenue (Republic’s main street) and is set within a block or two of the town’s restaurants, and clothing, collectibles, and sporting goods stores.  It’s also within a short drive of the Ferry County Fairgrounds; and eight miles to Curlew Lake State Park (where you can fish, swim, and launch your boat).

The hotel has 25 rooms, consisting of Queen, double Queen, King, and suites with kitchens (and one with an in-room Jacuzzi).  They provide free wireless Internet access, cable TV, refrigerators, and microwaves.

The Inn also has a meeting room, with natural lighting and beautiful hardwood floors, that’s available for parties, organization gatherings, and bazaars.  Features include tables, chairs, kitchen and restroom facilities
